The standard male connector fitting conforms to Military Standard MIL-C-83390 for connection to all MIL-V-87223 pressure regulating valves commonly used on the F-14, F-15, F-16, and F-18 series aircraft and others. The garment can also be fitted with hose and connectors to accommodate all other aircraft types upon request.
The radio frequency welded pressure bladder is constructed from polyurethane coated nylon fabric that exceeds the performance criteria of MIL-C-83489 Type II. The outer shell is constructed from an enhanced durable, fire resistant aramid anti-static fabric, which exceeds the physical requirements of MIL-C-83429. All slide fasteners closures are to an enhanced design finished in brass (Black in colour) on fire resistant aramid tape
All garments are fully tested and proven to ensure reliable performance. Every Anti-G suit produced is tested for pressure holding, rate of inflation, and proven 100% leak tight. Qualification of the Anti-G suit design is proven through rigorous endurance tests of 6,000 pressure cycles of 11 psig without failure or performance loss.
